BALINESE COOKING LESSON
During your trip to Bali does not mean you have to stop and eat at one restaurant. It’s boring! At the Wapa di Ume, you are welcome to uniquely experience once the opportunity of learning and cooking the secret recipes of Balinese cuisine.
The class starts at 7 a.m. with the Sidemen Traditional Market tour to buy the complete ingredients. It is also an interesting opportunity to see the Balinese way of life is getting their daily needs at the market and to watch how they do bargaining.
The cooking starts at 11 a.m. and is held at a traditional Balinese kitchen just down to the river called Paon Earth. You can learn about the fresh vegetables, herbs, spices, and fruits used for the ingredients. Our well-trained local chefs are ready to illustrate each step on the recipe booklet provided for your own use.
At 12:30 is time to taste your cooking on the wooden deck overlooking the soothing river view. It will enhance your enjoyment and pride in successfully cooking the Balinese traditional food!
